All products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Please allow time for your item to be printed, packed, and shipped after your order is placed.

Order Processing

Most orders require production time before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the product, print provider, order volume, holidays, and carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available.

International Shipping

We also offer international shipping where available. International delivery times may vary by country, customs processing, carrier service, and local delivery conditions.

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, VAT, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless clearly stated at checkout.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Pharaohs Pride USA is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If you need help, contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or with a production error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
