Refund policy

At Pharaohs Pride USA, each item is made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Because products are custom printed after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or there is a production error.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund when the issue qualifies.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Order cancellations may only be requested before the order goes into production. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
