Shipping
Pharaohs Pride USA works to process and ship every order as quickly and carefully as possible. Because our catalog includes made-to-order and partner-fulfilled products, processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Typical processing time
Most made-to-order items are prepared within 2–7 business days, unless a product page, checkout estimate, or order confirmation states otherwise.
Typical delivery after shipment
United States: typically 3–8 business days after dispatch.
International: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch where international shipping is available.
These are estimates, not guarantees. The estimate shown on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation is the most specific estimate for your order. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, production issues, and order volume can extend delivery times.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Tracking information may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Multiple packages
Items in the same order may be produced or shipped by different fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once an order enters production or ships, changes may not be possible.
Orders placed through our Printify store
Orders placed at pharaohs-pride-usa.printify.me are checked out and fulfilled through the Printify Pop-Up Store. Processing, tracking, cancellation, return, and refund instructions may differ from orders placed on our Shopify store. Follow the information in your Printify order confirmation and contact us with that order number if assistance is needed.
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us before returning any item. Return eligibility, deadlines, and instructions are governed by the policy applicable to the store where the order was placed and may vary for made-to-order, personalized, final-sale, hygiene-sensitive, or limited-edition products.
To be considered for a return, an item generally must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Return shipping
Do not send a return without receiving instructions from us. Responsibility for return-shipping costs depends on the reason for the return and the applicable refund policy. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or the issue resulted from our error.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued through the store and payment method used for the original order. After a refund is processed, your bank or card provider may require additional time to post it to your account.
